ABOUT THE ROLE

About Us

Dubois Holdings is a holding company and family office operating across venture capital, private equity, and entrepreneurship.

We back ambitious founders and businesses with capital, strategic support, and access to an international network of investors, founders, and operators.

Our portfolio spans multiple industries and markets, giving our team exposure to different businesses, opportunities, and stages of growth.

The Internship

We’re looking for a small number of high-potential final-year university students graduating in 2026 to join Dubois Holdings for our 2026 Year-End Internship.

The internship is designed for ambitious graduates looking to get hands-on experience before starting their careers, with exposure to venture capital, private equity, startups, and business building.

You won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll work alongside our team on real projects across Dubois Holdings and our portfolio companies, with exposure to business development, investment research, operations, strategy, and company building.

The work will vary depending on what the team is working on. We’re looking for people who are comfortable getting involved wherever needed, from research and analysis to business development, operations, and general administrative support.

This is best suited to someone ambitious, curious, commercially minded, and looking to get meaningful experience before starting their career.

Day-to-day, you might be:
  • Researching companies, industries, markets, investors, and opportunities

  • Supporting investment and market research

  • Building prospect, investor, and company lists

  • Supporting business development and outreach

  • Helping manage CRM data and follow-ups

  • Preparing research and briefing notes ahead of meetings

  • Supporting projects across our portfolio companies

  • Helping with internal operations and coordination

  • Using AI and technology to research, analyse, and execute work more efficiently

  • A strong written and verbal communicator

  • Comfortable working independently and figuring things out

  • Confident using technology and AI tools

  • Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality

  • Open to feedback and eager to learn

Previous experience in venture capital, private equity, startups, or finance is not required. We care more about your ability, attitude, and willingness to learn.

  • Ambitious and driven

  • Curious and eager to learn

  • High standards for yourself and your work
