You’ll gain hands-on experience in venture execution and business building across multiple companies and initiatives within the Dubois Holdings ecosystem.
The Role
We’re hiring a Founder's Associate to join the Dubois Holdings platform team, reporting directly to the Founder and Chief of Staff.
This role sits at the centre of our operations, working across portfolio support, internal systems, data, and automation initiatives. Rather than being embedded in a single company, you’ll help build and improve the infrastructure, processes, and tooling that support founders and teams across the entire group.
You’ll act as a force multiplier to leadership, contributing across operations, analytics, systems, and special projects as the business scales.
Day-to-day, you might be:
Building automations or evaluating new tools to improve internal workflows and tech stack
Designing or testing simple AI agents to optimise reporting, CRM usage, or operational processes
Supporting data tracking and dashboards across portfolio companies, investors, and internal initiatives
Improving documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge systems
Assisting with portfolio operations projects and founder support initiatives
Helping structure internal processes for fundraising, investor updates, and reporting
Coordinating meetings, internal communication, and cross-team projects
Managing systems, documentation, and operational infrastructure across the group
This is a hands-on role for someone eager to understand how venture platforms are built and operated – ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
Who You Are
A recent graduate or final-year student (Class of 2025) OR business professional with 1-2 years of experience, excited to launch your career in venture and business building
Hungry to learn, grow, and take ownership across a wide range of responsibilities
Tech-curious and eager to learn about automation, AI, and system building
Strong problem solver who is comfortable working in ambiguity without a set playbook – you enjoy risk and uncertainty

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
