ABOUT THE ROLE
About GDP3
GDP3 is a boutique private investment firm focused on private equity, venture growth and secondary transactions. We provide qualified investors with access to institutional-grade private market opportunities through proprietary sourcing, disciplined due diligence and direct relationships across the global venture ecosystem.
Our team partners with founders, family offices, institutional investors and experienced entrepreneurs to source, evaluate and execute investments in many of the world's most innovative private companies before they reach the public markets.
As a Junior Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience across live transactions, private markets and capital raising while working alongside experienced investors and operators. This is an opportunity to accelerate your career and develop skills that typically take years to acquire.
The Role
We're looking for an ambitious Junior Associate to join our growing team.
This role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in private equity, venture capital, growth investing or investment banking.
Working directly alongside senior investment professionals, you'll support the full investment lifecycle, from market intelligence and opportunity evaluation through to investor engagement, transaction execution and capital raising.
Beyond supporting live deals, you'll help build the operational infrastructure behind a modern private markets platform. You'll work across investment research, commercial due diligence, investor relations, transaction execution and internal systems that enable the team to operate efficiently at scale.
Unlike many traditional graduate roles, you'll gain meaningful responsibility from day one, working directly with founders, family offices, institutional investors and senior decision-makers on live transactions.
This is a demanding, high-performance environment suited to someone who is intellectually curious, commercially minded and willing to put in the hard work required to build a career in private markets.
