ABOUT THE ROLE
About Dubois Holdings
Dubois Holdings is a founder-led family office and holding company that builds, invests in and scales exceptional businesses across entrepreneurship, private markets and technology.
Our ecosystem spans private investment platforms, venture-backed startups, operating businesses and strategic initiatives. We partner with ambitious founders, experienced investors and world-class operators to build businesses that create long-term value and meaningful impact.
Rather than hiring graduates into predefined roles, we identify exceptional people with the potential to become future leaders and provide them with opportunities to contribute where they can create the greatest impact.
As a Graduate Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience across real projects, work directly alongside senior leadership and develop skills that typically take years to acquire in a traditional corporate environment..
About the Programme
